Baking Bread

For many of us, making bread is a real challenge.

If you have your grandmother's recipe for bread and it always comes out perfect, then you are very fortunate. The rest of us need help. Luckily, the library has several bread cookbooks and each offers different tips and tricks.

I recently took home the new cookbook, Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day, and tried a recipe myself. The results were amazing. The bread was crusty on the outside and chewy on the inside.

Here are some photos. Come and get this book and try it yourself.
